    • $125 Reverse Mortgages

    • $100 Full Purchase (Buyer and Seller)

    • $50 Cash Deals, HELOC's, Hybrid-Refinance, Purchase and Seller's individual packages, Reverse Mortgage Application

      $35 Loan Applications, Loan Modifications and Legal Retainers-Documents

  • Field Property PhotoInspections $35

  • Virtual Assistant $20 hourly rate

  • Plus Administration fee minimum $5.00 to be added to cover services to cover various platform tool overhead, document prepping, printing, scanning, e-docs, serving as a second witness and travel mileage at $1.00 per mile one-way (calculated from my last point of origin or my home-office in the 32222 zip code).

  • Mobile In-Person

    • $10.00 per each notarization in-person

  • Marriage Ceremony:

    • $30.00 Florida Notary Marriage License

  • Remote Online Notary (RON)

    • $25 for first notarization per document

    • $15 for each additional notarization per document

    • Utilize our FLEX 60-day scheduling from the date of setting appointment with no additional charge and no cancellation fee.
